    Nanotechnology is the art and science of manipulating matter at the nanoscale to create new and unique materials and products...with enormous potential to change society. The Nobel Laureate physicist Richard Feynman was first pointed out the concept of nanotechnology in 1965. Feyman suggested that it should be possible to make machines at a Nano-scale that’ ‘arrange the atoms the way we want ', and do chemical synthesis by mechanical manipulation. In December 2006, Berkeley, California became the first governmental entity in the United States to regulate nanotechnology.

    Nanotechnology is multidisciplinary field which has yielded numerous discoveries, such as Information and communication technology is an important and rapidly growing business sectors with a high rate of innovation of nanotechnology. Now a days all the progress are transmit traditional to nanotechnology electronics. Nanotechnology has created a tremendous change in information and communication technology. Nanotechnology is the next industrial revolution and the telecommunications industry will be radically transformed by it in the future. Nanotechnology has revolutionized the telecommunications, computing, and networking industries ,We using Nano technology for producing Expensive instruments which are available to monitor factory air but , It use for many purpose such as Manufactured Nano particles, Nano Materials, Nano Information Technology, Nanotechnology Research, Single-Electron Transistors, Electronics &Computing. The information and communication technology sector has undergone rapid expansion as work and social activities are transformed by nanotechnology.

    This technology has required computers to become faster , enabled by the production of smaller transistors through advance fabrication process , therefor this technology Decreasing the size of the transistors allows more to be placed on an integrated circuits and increasing the performance of the computers . Many devices was introduced under nanotechnology such as Nano-sensor, nano-transisters, Nanoantennas, Nano batteries act... however those are important devices in the field of ICT. The evolution of the ICT sector will go beyond what we consider as electronics (devices that perform a task for us) which are developed by nanotechnology therefor future mobile communication devices also will have multi functionality at a far greater level than current models .We believe that companies have much to win introducing new approaches and that nanotechnology is a great opportunity for innovation.
